Accreditation allows us to recognise a trusted product or service by certifying, authorising, and validating skills, training and education through governing and regulatory groups. There are various accreditations in the industry, and many come with a rich history, making them instantly identifiable as markers of high standards. NOCN is one such accreditor.
NOCN Group is an educational charity that specialises in regulated UK and international qualifications and, critical to our industry, NVQ qualifications. In 2017 they diversified and grew, with the group acquiring Cskills Awards from CITB, making it the second-largest construction awarding body in the UK.
Why become NOCN Accredited?
National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) are a requirement for delegates to gain or renew scheme cards, including CSCS, CPCS and NPORS.

We are an approved NOCN training provider delivering Plant NVQs across the country to delegates in their place of work and via virtual classrooms. We use an e-portfolio, enabling us to keep in touch, gather and store evidence, working this way gives our delegates flexibility time-wise and geographically.
All assessors have lived experience of the jobs and skills they train to their delegates, demonstrating occupational competence in the subject matter and ensuring relevant and relatable skills are obtained to achieve your qualification. In addition, as approved instructors, they have assessor qualifications such as the Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment, Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement, and the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement.
