PASMA Towers for Users

Introduction

Typically reaching a maximum of 10-12m high, Mobile Access Towers are built with a cross-beamed vertical structure providing a stronger base and load-bearing capability than a standard ladder. With this additional structural strength, heavier equipment and tools can be taken to work at height. As a result, workers using the towers are safer and can work for longer, thanks to the sturdy framework.

This PASMA Tower certification delivers a thorough understanding of the relevant operational and safety requirements and inspection of working with Mobile Access Towers. It is specifically aimed at Plant Operators who need to work on mobile access towers to carry out their duties.

Course Outline

With a mix of practical and theory-based exercises and tutorials, delegates will cover manufacturer information and general knowledge of mobile access towers and participate in practical activities to recognise best practices and operating methods.

The course reflects national standards and industry best practices and is fully accredited in line with PASMA. In addition, choose to learn with Citrus, and delegates benefit from our custom-built training facilities and customer-first approach.

Our occupationally and technically-experienced trainers coach delegates on this course, completing the session with a practical observation and multiple-choice question paper.

Delegates must pass all assessments to receive a photocard and PASMA certificate, valid for five years.
