The Accredited Schemes Coordinator will be responsible for all areas of administration relating to Accredited courses.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Internal and external telephone calls, including covering colleagues’ and other departments calls and when necessary
Notification of Accredited Courses to the relevant Awarding Body within expected timescales
Production and despatch of all pre-course paperwork
Ordering and distribution of course materials and publications
Application, processing and dispatch of all certificates and cards
Liaising with Trainers and Internal Verifiers and assisting with preparation for annual audits
Updating database with pre-and post- course information
Maintaining course paperwork archive and filling systems
All other admin duties related to accredited schemes
Assisting the Administration Department with ad hoc duties and projects as required

Proven track record of working in a busy office environment is desirable
IT literate with knowledge and experience in Microsoft office programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and use of database systems
Excellent customer service and people skills with a commitment to upholding excellent customer service levels
Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative
Good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
