This Slinger Signaller CPCS Straight to Blue Card Package is designed for Slinger/Signallers who are highly experienced in the duties of slinging and signalling and wish to obtain a Blue CPCS card. This package is also ideal for highly experienced operatives that have let their Red CPCS card lapse over the 12 month grace period and wish to obtain a Blue CPCS card in the same category.
The CPCS Straight to Blue package is the fastest and cheapest route in the industry to obtain a Blue CPCS card. This ground breaking delivery method is completely unique to the Citrus Group.

- Course Content
The profile and induction has to take place before the NVQ assessment. The profile and induction visit will take place at a location chosen by the client or delegate. The profile and induction visit is designed to introduce the delegate to the qualification and to reconfirm the delegate's suitability to the Slinger Signaller Straight to Blue package.
- CPCS Theory Test for a Slinger Signaller.

- NVQ Level Two EWPA Assessment:
Professional Discussion with your NVQ Assessor
- Practical Assessment operating a Slinger Signaller.
- Verbal questioning session for the delegate to demonstrate their knowledge of their roles and responsibilities as a Slinger Signaller.
On completion of the Slinger Signaller CPCS straight to Blue Card package delegates will have sufficient knowledge and evidence to qualify for a CPCS Blue Card as a Slinger Signaller.
The assessment will be split 50% between the CPCS Technical Test (made up of a CPCS theory and practical test) and 50% EWPA NVQ Level 2 assessment.

A grant from £910 to £1110 is available for companies registered with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB).
Delegates should provide a passport photograph on the day of training for production of CPCS Blue Cards.
This package is assessment only and contains no training therefore all candidates on this course must be regarded as highly experienced Slinger/Signallers prior to attendance.
If candidates fail their CPCS theory test they will not be able to take the CPCS practical test (practical experience will be ascertained at profile) but WILL be able to take their NVQ assessment. If candidates pass their CPCS theory test but fail their CPCS practical they WILL NOT be allowed to take their NVQ assessment.
Delegates should inform their trainer if they have any serious health issues, physical problems, special considerations or are taking any medication, which may create difficulties in undertaking elements of this training course.
