PASMA Towers for Managers

Introduction

To operate safely and legally with towers, employers must comply with Work at Height Regulations and managers must be competent to supervise work on towers. In addition, Managers must be able to identify good practice and implement it within their teams with confidence that workers have chosen the right tower, built a stable structure and, essentially, aren’t going to fall off.

This PASMA Towers for Managers certification delivers a thorough understanding of the relevant operational and safety requirements and inspection of working with Mobile Access Towers. It is specifically aimed at managers and supervisors who need to oversee work and manage others involved in assembling using Mobile Access Towers.

Course Outline

In a purely theoretical training and assessment, delegates will cover manufacturer information and general knowledge of mobile access towers and participate in classroom-based learning to help support their teams better, meet legal responsibilities and confidently inspect and identify different tower types.

The course reflects national standards and industry best practices and is fully accredited in line with regulations. In addition, choose to learn with Citrus, and delegates benefit from our custom-built training facilities and customer-first approach.

Our occupationally and technically-experienced trainers coach delegates on this course, completing the session with a multiple choice examination paper.
