PASMA Work at Height (Novice)

Introduction

By law, employers and those in control of any work at height activity must make sure work is appropriately planned, supervised and carried out by competent people. The Work at Height Regulations 2005 sets the legal and regulatory standards employees must abide by to prevent injury and death at work falling from a height. The regulations include using the correct equipment for working at height, risk assessment, and other general legal duties and are essential for anybody working in this capacity.

This PASMA Working at Height (Novice) certification delivers a thorough understanding of the relevant operational and safety requirements of current Working at Height Regulations. It is for anyone involved in the planning, supervising, and execution working at height.

Course Outline

In theory-based training, comprising exercises and tutorials, delegates will cover manufacturer information and general knowledge of working at height equipment, best practices and operating methods.

The course reflects national standards and industry best practices and is fully accredited in line with PASMA. In addition, choose to learn with Citrus, and delegates benefit from our custom-built training facilities and customer-first approach.
