The Role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the success of the customer engagement function at Citrus Training and will have responsibility for providing customer support to our core clients. This role is vital to the growth plans set out by the company and will play a crucial part in ensuring that Citrus Training are successfully delivering on service level agreements for our clients, meeting or exceeding targets and protecting and retaining revenue.

This role may require some travel, depending on the requirements of our clients. This may be to conduct client meetings, as well as potentially supporting additional company requirements such as exhibitions, meet the buyer events and workshops as required.


Key Areas of Responsibility
  • To provide key support tasks on behalf of Citrus Training’s Contracted / Core clients.
  • Responsible for delivering any SLAs and KPIs in-line with customer agreements.
  • Directly engage with customers’ stakeholders using effective communications.
  • Internal liaising with Citrus stakeholders to ensure pre and post course paperwork is sent and received accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Communicating directly with trainers and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely receipt of pre and post course paperwork, including certificates and attendance updating.
  • To collate, store, organise and submit all necessary pre and post course records and documentation to clients.
  • Continually updating the Citrus client CRM system, ensuring details are up to date and with a high level of accuracy.
  • To support the customer Core function with adhoc, relevant, duties and projects at times of peak workload.
  • Provide internal Citrus customer team feedback and support with regular meetings to share initiatives and developmental needs.
  • Where required, support customer activity in-line with the requirements set out for the Customer Core Advisor role.
  • Continually drive best-practice across all aspects of the role.
  • Be the first-line support for customer specific complaints and feedback escalation resolution in support of Customer Advisors and in-line with Citrus best practice standards.
  • Work alongside Citrus commercial teams to provide necessary outbound customer activities in support of customer initiatives and plans.
  • Meet and surpass any relevant role related SLA targets and KPIs, as required.
  • Promote any Citrus initiatives and customer development activities, as required.

The Person
  • Experience in a busy business to business sales environment.
  • Knowledge or experience of the construction and/or training/education sector would be beneficial, but is not essential.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands on and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to deliver in a highly targeted sales role.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written communications.
  • Strong time management skills, along with the ability to be organised and plan and prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to be responsive to a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, especially the use of Microsoft Office suite and databases.

Hours

Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:30 & Friday 08:00 – 17:00

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to working hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and the business.


Salary

Competitive and subject to experience.
