No one skill fits all in FM

The FM sector typically covers Hard and Soft Services.

Hard Services include the operational management of the physical facility or asset, such as Gas, plumbing and heating, HVAC systems, lighting, electrical, mechanical, fire safety systems, and building maintenance work.

Soft Services include security, grounds maintenance, landscaping, decorating, catering services (including vending machines and water coolers), cleaning services, pest control, waste management, car parking and workspace management.
