Accreditation allows us to recognise a trusted product or service by certifying, authorising, and validating skills, training and education through governing and regulatory groups. There are various accreditations in the industry, validating critically important topics and programmes and instantly identifying them as markers of high standards.
Mental Health First Aid England has worked with over 20,000 employers across the UK. Equipping individuals with the knowledge to help themselves and other people, they understand that every organisation's culture is different and that understanding and empathy are the keys to maintaining a mentally healthy workplace.
MHFA offers a wide range of evidence-based courses, from raising general awareness to becoming a Mental Health First Aider. By empowering people at work and at home to notice signs of mental ill health, MHFA training encourages delegates to break down the barriers and challenge the stigma surrounding mental health. They learn to listen, pass no-judgement and empathise to help direct someone in need towards appropriate professional help and give recovery support.
