Construction Apprenticeships and NVQs.

We offer a range of different Apprenticeships and NVQs for the construction industry to suit your needs, from Level 3 Team Leader programmes to Level 7 Senior Management qualifications. 

Building careers and futures for people in the industry is incredibly important to us. That is why all of our professional qualifications are tailored to the individual and the industry they work in, to ensure that they learn relevant skills for their job role.

Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeships combine supervisor and management apprenticeships with the equivalent NVQs, meaning that delegates can apply for the Gold or Black Card at the end of the programme. 

We currently have two programmes:

Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor
Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager

Professional Qualifications

Our professional qualifications ensure delegates have all the necessary skills and knowledge to progress in their careers. Alternatively, our NVQs can provide a route for experienced people to endorse their knowledge and expertise so that they can apply for the right CSCS card.

We cover a range of different NVQs from Level 2 to Level 7 including:

Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Plant Operations
Level 3 NVQ in Construction Contracting Operations (General)
Level 6 NVQ in Construction Site Management (Residential Development)

The Process

Firstly, you or the delegate need to be working in (or about to take on) the role associated with the qualification you are signing up for.

Next, get in touch with us and let us know the programme/s you are interested in. A member of the team will get back to you to find out more information on your needs and will make suggestions on the best suited solution. 

Once the programme is chosen, the delegate is allocated an assessor and a cohort (Apprenticeships only), and through a mixture of online, face-to-face and peer work (Apprenticeships only) the professional qualification will take between 3 to 24 months to complete, programme dependant.

Take an NVQ or Apprenticeship with Citrus Training, and we allocate delegates with a dedicated Assessor whose role is to communicate with and support delegates throughout their programme. They do this through a mixture of face-to-face meetings, professional discussions, online meetings and e-mail communications.

Our assessors are fully qualified and occupationally experienced from construction backgrounds. They travel nationwide to provide the necessary support for our NVQs and Apprenticeships. The result is comprehensive, high-quality training facilitating delegates in their job roles.
