Accreditations

CABWI

Accreditation allows us to recognise a trusted product or service by certifying, authorising, and validating skills, training and education through governing and regulatory groups. There are various accreditations in the industry, and many come with a rich history, making them instantly identifiable as markers of high standards.

CABWI is one of these accreditations. Established in 1991, the CABWI Awarding Body is a leading awarding organisation for Street Works and Confined Space qualifications. It is one of the original awarding bodies offering NRSW.

Why become Accredited?

The New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA) requires a qualified operative on-site while Street Works are in progress and a qualified supervisor to monitor several Street Works sites. The Street Works Qualifications Register (SWQR) card is proof of this achievement.

To gain an SWQR card, delegates must achieve the relevant Street Works qualifications through an approved awarding body. Citrus Training has partnered with CABWI for these qualifications due to their flexibility, good customer relationship and user-friendly online testing system.

We also offer dedicated CABWI Confined Space Training, these are not available as public courses, so please get in touch for more information.

Why Citrus Training?

Citrus Training is a CABWI Accredited Training Provider. We have several training centres approved to deliver NRSW courses across the country, including Irthlingborough, Leeds, Brentwood, Billingshurst, Heathrow, Walsall and Wigan. We also have partnerships to offer courses in Somerset and Scotland.

All our tutors and trainers have lived experience of the jobs and skills they train to their delegates, demonstrating occupational competence in the subject matter and ensuring relevant and relatable learning for everyone on the course. As approved CABWI testers, they hold assessor qualifications (such as TDLB Unit D32, TDLB Unit D33, A1, A2 or TAQA) and occupational experience in the categories assessed, endorsed by the centre’s internal quality team.

We champion learning excellence at Citrus Training and partner only with the best accreditation and governing bodies in our industry to deliver outstanding customer experiences, products and services.
