Who is CITB?
The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) is the executive non-departmental public body for construction training in England, Scotland and Wales. Their focus is to help the construction industry attract talent and support skills development by ensuring training standards and qualifications are suitable for the needs of the job. They also operate a Help Levy, which allows paying employers to access the training they want and need for their people through the Grant Scheme when booking through Approved Training Organisations (ATO).
Citrus Training is proud to have been one of the first accredited ATOs and continues to enjoy a collaborative working relationship with CITB. We strive to represent both the training provider network and the employer's voice through our work on review committees, product development teams, and industry forums.
