Planning in construction is broad, but you can expect to make plans for projects to assess needs, quantify resources, define goals, develop strategies, describe and allocate tasks, and monitor progress. Project planning in construction is essential to increase productivity and efficiency and plays a huge part in reaching collective goals and objectives. Planners work closely with estimators, engineers, surveyors and more to collectively curate a detailed schedule of works and manage conflicting needs and priorities.
This Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations (Planning) qualification enables delegates to demonstrate and recognise skills, knowledge understanding, and competence in a real workplace environment.
